1. Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.


2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.


3. Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
Once your order is shipped and tracking is provided, MVRKLUXPLUG is no longer responsible for it. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.


5. What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
